Oval Sticker Decals

Oval Sticker Decals are suitable for indoor or outdoor use. These Kwik-Ship Decals are available in a variety of stock sizes and materials and are screen-printed on white vinyl, white removable vinyl or clear polyester. White vinyl is back adhesive only. Clear polyester is available as back adhesive or choose face adhesive for inside window application. Clear decals will be supplied with back adhesive if not specified. Please specify material when ordering.

Prices shown include standard art preparation. Our art department will provide basic layout and art preparation using customer-supplied logos and text. Please provide the best possible source materials available. Extensive art preparation may require additional art charges.

Remember: White is a color on clear decals and must be priced as an additional color. It is highly recommended that any ink on clear material should be backed with white. Please indicate if white is to flood the entire decal, back art only, or if a "halo" effect is desired. See Ink Information below for example

Copy/Color Changes: Copy or color changes are available - contact us for pricing. Copy and color changes cannot be combined on the same order. Item number and material must remain the same on entire order.

Ink and Die Information

Inks

Screen-printed products use ultraviolet inks for extended outdoor and indoor use. Metallic, fluorescent and color matched inks are available. Fluorescent inks are not fade resistant nor recommended for use with styrene based products.

Flexographic inks are for indoor usage only. The inks may change dramatically when printed on colored stocks or when trapping over other colors.

Digital products will create all colors out of 4-color process: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. Colors may reside outside the range of the 4-color process and the closest attainable color will be used.

Using White

Clear materials often require white to maintain color integrity. Three options are typically used depending on the art and text elements.

Flood With White

 Art is backed with white ink, viewed from front.

Done with face imprint only. If flooding a back adhesive/static item, it may be more appropriate to order a white vinyl or white static. Backing up elements or text...
If the text or elements are thick enough, the white can be printed behind the text or elements only. While adding opacity, white would be unseen from the front of the decal.
Flood With White
Halo applied to elements with white...
Elements with a halo are backed for opacity and have white extending slightly creating a "halo" effect. It is best used when dealing with thin elements, or when dark backgrounds and increased contrast is needed.
